Refund policy

Refund and returns:

Tarot and Home Cleansing vouchers:

• You can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit the 50% deposit.
• After a service is completed, it is non refundable. If you are unhappy with a service for any reason, please reach out so I can try to help. 
  

Add-ons and physical objects:

• If something comes to you broken, I will replace what you purchased or refund you-whichever you'd like to do. 
• Please cleanse all objects as instructed and use them as intended. 
• If you accidentally purchase an add-on, message me ASAP so you can catch me before it is prepared.

All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. I do not make exceptions to this policy. Proof of refund must include the name issued on the order and date of purchase. Once a service has been completed, refunds are not issued.
